I think this is one of the closest hotels to Shinjuku station — 10 min walk to Shinjuku bus station, 4 minutes walk to the airport limousine bus stop (Haneda and Narita), and access to rhe JR and Metro station is just 3 minutes walk through an underground walkway. Offers quadruple rooms, which is rare. The rooms are surprisingly large enough — there was room enough for our suitcases and we could move around. The bathroom was spacious — the toilet had a bidet and the shower/bath was also big enough; there was also a lot of space to put your toiletries. The location is excellent — so many restaurants, pharmacies and a Yodobashi store nearby (one to two blocks away). They have a free ice machine on the 3rd floor and a drinks vending machine; there is a coin- operated washing machine and a separate dryer. There have a pillow service, so you can choose whether you want a hard or soft pillow. There are toothbrushes, hand soap, nice shampoo and conditioner that made our hair soft in the room and you can get additional toiletries like face moisturiser at the lobby. There is a Lawsons beside the hotel and a 7-11 is on the next block. There is a small fridge in the room. I think this hotel is underrated and we were not expecting much but were were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

The hotel had kindly assigned our 3 rooms (2 Twin & 1 Single) booked to be on the same floor and really near to each other which was a huge bonus! We look the excellent location of the hotel as it's really convenient to move around Shinjuku station, The Metropolitan Government building and nearby reastaurants /cafe /Lawson and 7 Eleven is within walking distance! The washing machine and dryer is a huge bonus for us too and for the Airport limo bus, it's within walking distance too. The bed was really comfy and great size for 2 adults and the shower was really powerful too which is another bonus after a whole day of shopping and walking!

The location was fantastic, close to Shinjuku Station and restaurants. 11am checkout. The staff were very accommodating, we could leave our bags there after we checked out and they helped with booking a restaurant for us. The laundry was the best one we used in our two weeks in Japan. They provided fresh towels and new bins by hanging the used towels in a bag outside the room so they didn't need to come in the room if you didn't require them to. We had a family of four in the room, and it was fine. A little tight with suitcases but what room isn't with 4. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, 3 min walk from airport limo bus stop, 5 min from Shinjuku stn. Lawson convenience store next door. Lots of eateries within walking distance. Hotel reception staff welcoming and helpful. Hotel recently renovated, my room with 4 beds was spacious and 3 suitcases can open easily. Drinking water bottles provided. Big TV screen. House keeping only done every 2 days but can change fresh towels every day. My room has window but view looks out to another building. Overall great experience and will stay there again. A compact 3 star hotel within easy reach of places.

Relatively spacious hotel with a nice location close to Shinjuku station. This was helpful because we walked there with our luggage to the Shinjuku bus terminal to catch the airport shuttle to Haneda. Being on the west side of the station, it's a bit quieter while still being close to the action. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Next to a Lawson, as well as near many restaurants which are just across the street. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Two bottles of water were included on the first day we arrived. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
